Patent No. is ZL 2008 2 0218579.9 .Purpose: The material (lime or light burning dolomite) with high temperature from rotary kiln lay down into cooler. To carry out the heat exchange from top to bottom with cold air with counter flow. Either to obtain the purpose of cooling material or to heat the air for assistant combustion.Principle:The cooler consists of several cooling chambers. Each cooling chamber consists of air nozzle and unloader, to ensure the heat exchange between material and air reach maximum. The whole thermal parameters can be controlled by PLC.
